The Story

Situated on 300 acres in the center of Raleigh, N.C. this highly rated woman’s liberal arts college now consists of 2,500 students with a wide range of academic opportunities that include a complete 4 year Liberal
Arts Degree in addition to Graduate Business Programs. The arrangement of residential and classroom buildings in a traditional quadrangle design facilitated pedestrian access to the entire campus. A 2.5 acre lake and adjacent amphitheater provide space for ceremonies and outdoor classes that adde to the traditional campus atmosphere and charm of the college.

• Master Plan Update, Planning Commission Submittals, Permitting Projects.

• Create new “front door” image.
• Planting and enhancement of principal quadrangle
• Site design for new buildings, including the new Science and Mathematics Building.
• Storm Drainage design and renovations.
• Soccer and athletic field renovations.
