The Story

Cannon Crossroads, a 17 acre commercial development in Concord, NC consists of a 73,500 SF retail shopping center and six (6) outparcel lots.

DPR provided master planning for the overall development and full design services on the site planning and site construction documents consisting of site layout plan, grading, storm drainage and detention plan, public water and sewer plan. DPR also provided design services for both Poplar Tent Road and Harris Road roadway improvements plans.
