The Story

Located within a vibrant mixed-use development, the Arbors at Mallard Creek combines office, retail, & residential living. DPR created the master plan for the office & retail areas located within the 151 acre mixed-use development. The design provides users with a pleasant shopping & dining experience by incorporating pedestrian friendly sidewalks & ornamental landscaping. The plan includes multiple BMP’s such as, bioretention areas and raingardens, which effectively treat the stormwater run-off.
DPR’s design services included preparation of the master plan, site construction documents and as-built information.
