The Story

DPR designed the master plan for Belle Grove, a professional office park located in southeast Charlotte. The plan includes a series of two and three-story office buildings organized along an interior “main street”. Sidewalks and street trees along the internal main street create a comfortable pedestrian character. A central plaza with seating areas, fountain, and ornamental landscaping provides a common amenity and visual focal point. Several existing specimen oak trees were preserved through careful planning and construction techniques.
