The Story

Holiday Inn Express Hotel (HIX-IKEA) is part of the previously rezoned and substantially constructed regional  development called Belgate at the University area.  It is located across from IKEA Charlotte, and consists of 102 rooms.

HIX-IKEA (Phase 1) was open in 2017.

Phase 2 Design that consists of a 2nd Hotel is underway.
