The Story

The Commons at the Park is an adaptive re-use of the former Solectron manufacturing facility in University Research Park.  The Commons offers 430,000 sf of office space oriented around a 1.75 acre central park.  Dpr partnered with Redline and Shorenstein to provide landscape architectural services for the central park and entire 57 acre campus.
