The Story

This site is the multifamily part of a larger mixed-use community DPR designed in the early 1990’s.  Phase 1 is “Enclave at Rivergate”, Phase 2 is “Tryon at Rivergate”, and a third community by the same developer across Tryon Street is “The Haven at Rivergate”.   DPR designed the site plans of all three communities.  

This site layout was planned to preserve a cluster of internal tree areas and preserve a buffer along the floodplain.  Amenities include a clubhouse and pool, outdoor gathering areas, a carwash bay, and dedication of a greenway for a future trail by the County Parks system (Walker Branch Greenway).

The three communities are over 700 units.
