The Story

DPR worked closely with the architect and Client to develop a vision for the site.  DPR provided site planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture services from rezoning through construction documentation for this urban style apartment project.

The unique shape and layout of the buildings frames a large open space and creates a strong axial connection between the buildings and landscape.  Our design concept, the organic orthogonal, plays off the axial and linear nature of the site plan and architecture to bring a playful dialogue between indoor and out.  The outdoor amenities include pool, sun deck, kitchens/grill, yoga lawn, active lawns and passive recreation spaces.
