The Story

The Atherton Estates development consists of 131 1-ac homesites, in low density threshold, in which many are heavily wooded.  Amenities include a clubhouse & swimming pool, outdoor gathering pavilion & tot lot.  Design approaches included existing wetlands and farm ponds preservation, low impact design techniques, with proposed winding roads that hug the existing topography nicely, and limited and selected disturbance only to fit the house construction.

The community is truly in a gorgeous setting with beautiful homes.  It also took on the farming theme with charming street names such as Wheatberry Hill, Tomato Vine, Blue Pumpkin, Squash Harvest, etc.
