The Story

Concept: Create a singel-residential community, conforming to local TND code, in harmony with natural site features, utilizing frontage on Mountain Island Lake as a neighborhood amenity.

DPR prepared master plan for layout of streets, lots, parks and common open spaces;  construction documents for site development infrastructure, and permitting through Town of Huntersville.

The plan for Latta Springs community includes a total of 209 single-family lots.  A large community park is provided adjacent to Mountain Island Lake, to preserve scenic views and existing mature woods.  Wetlands and streams are preserved in other parks and common areas.
